Accreditation

The Meridian School is member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), and accredited by Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools (PNAIS), The Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges (NASC), and the Board of Education.

The Meridian School is a fully accredited member of the Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools (PNAIS). Our continued membership involves self-evaluation, observations, documentation of policies and procedures and review of goals and philosophy. The PNAIS is a Northwest oriented association concerned with the academic programs and progress of qualified independent schools. The purpose of the Association is to promote the welfare of its members, associate members and candidates and to provide a means of consultation on common concerns. It also serves as a liaison between member organizations and the National Association of Independent Schools. Meridian was visited by the PNAIS accreditation visiting team in February 2009
