Admissions Calendar for the 2010-2011 School Year

• October through January, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.: Weekly tours available by appointment.
• December 2, 2010: Open House for prospective families 6:30-8:00 p.m.
• January 13, 2011: New Students applications for admission due. Applications for all grades after this date are still accepted and are processed as rolling admissions based upon available openings.
• January 31-February 4 and February 7-10, 2011: Parent interviews for applicants. Half-hour interviews scheduled from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• January 13 and 26, 2011: Prospective Parent Coffees, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
• Saturday, February 26, and Saturday, March 5, 2011: Kindergarten Observation Days - Visit scheduled upon receipt o5 application.
• March 17, 2011: Notification letters sent to new families.
• March 28, 2011: New applicants Accept or Decline deadline. Elementary enrollment contracts due.
• April 28, 2011: New Family Evening Social 6:00-7:30 p.m. Meet new families, ask questions, bring the kids!
