  • You should have received your invitation in the mail. If you have not received yours or would like an invitation sent to a guest please contact the auction office at auction@meridianschool.edu.
  • Make sure to RSVP by March 9th and Pre-Register your credit card.
  • www.meridianauction.org (Last name, Password: last 7 digits of home phone) 
  •  If you choose to bring your RSVP to school please put them in the black payment boxes located in the main office or by the extended day room in the south annex.

What do we still need?

  • Don't forget to Sponsor a Teacher/Staff ticket for $90.  We have 35 Teachers/Staff who attend the auction - We would love to have 100% sponsorship.  You can do this on your RSVP card or online at www.meridianauction.org, click on RSVP then click Sponsor.

Get Involved!  Volunteer!!

Are you looking for a way to connect to our community of parents?  Do you have a desire for discreet, short-term commitments?  Do you ever wonder what happens behind the scenes on auction day? We have a variety of volunteer opportunities and we hope that each family will find one activity/event that you’d be willing to commit to.  Your extra time will help make this year’s auction a success!

Please let Katie Renschler (mom of Julian in Mr. Burkland’s class and Claire in Ms. Saheed’s class) how you’d like to help this year by emailing katie@soundliterary.com.  More details will follow about each of these opportunities. Thanks so much!

If anyone has access to a commercial truck that we could use for the auction, contact Katie ASAP.

Opportunities Before the Auction:

Decorating Work Party:  Dates to be determined.

Office Crew:  Help prep for the auction; two hour shifts begin Monday, March 12th.

Art Show Set-up and Take Down:  See all of the amazing projects made by each class on March 16th.  Help set up the night before.  You’ll be ready to bid after helping out!

Opportunities the Day of the Auction:

Loading Crew:  Meet at the school, load auction items, and drive to The Four Seasons.  

Unloading Crew: Help unload items and be around for any heavy lifting, running a quick last-minute errand, and/or arranging the set-up of the rooms. 

Registration/ Silent Auction/ Runners:  Spend the evening helping people know what to do and where to go, close down the silent auction, and help make all the transitions go smoothly.

Long and short shifts available.

Clean-up and Loading Crew:  The heros of the evening!  More hands= less work.  

March 25 Unloading Crew:  Meet at Meridian and unload vehicles.  Shortest shift available!
