Alison Elafros has been part of the Meridian community since 2022. Her two children are members of the classes of 2025 and 2029. She served as the President of the Meridian Family Association from 2023 to ‘25, and served on the Head of School Search committees, Strategic Planning Task Force, and Vision Committee. Alison also belongs to the I Can and I Will Guild for Seattle Children’s Hospital and leads Individual Donor Experience and Community Engagement. Prior to Meridian, she led the PTA of Adams Elementary School in Seattle from 2020 to ‘22 and held a variety of leadership positions in her kids’ preschools. She has professional experience in executive recruiting at Amazon and Russell Reynolds Associates.
Alison is passionate about outdoor fitness, trying new restaurants around town, and University of Michigan football. Like her kids, she loves to learn new things – she’s currently studying Japanese with her son and working toward two coffee mugs that look like they match in ceramics class. Alison is excited to contribute to the direction of the school that has become a home for all of her family members.
