Rachael (she/her) joined Meridian in 2023 after spending five years as a learning specialist at University Prep High School and one year at the Overlake School. She holds both an M.A. and an Ed.S. in Educational Psychology. Over the past fifteen years, she has utilized her training to serve as a school psychologist, train teachers in universal design, support inclusive education, and assist students with social-emotional and learning needs.
