Where Learning is Playful, Purposeful, and Full of Possibility

At The Meridian School, our PreKindergarten program welcomes children who are four years old by the start of school, offering a joyful beginning to their learning journey.

Designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and instill a love of learning, our play-based, inquiry-driven curriculum invites children to explore the world around them.

What Sets Us Apart

Whole-Child Development

At Meridian, we nurture every aspect of a child’s growth: cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Our play-based curriculum is built on respect, curiosity, and joy.

Cognitive Development

Children explore early concepts in literacy, math, and science through hands-on, inquiry-based experiences. Weekly specialist classes, including Art, Creativity Lab, Health and Fitness, Library, Music, Science Lab, and Spanish, expand their learning and strengthen connections across subjects.

Social & Emotional Growth

Educators help children recognize and name emotions, solve problems, and develop empathy and compassion. Through guided lessons and play, students develop key executive function skills such as planning and emotional regulation.

Relationships and Community

We prioritize collaboration, kindness, and respect for others. In our supportive classroom environment, children form strong peer connections, embrace differences, and grow into confident, compassionate communicators.
