Building on Meridian’s 50 years of educational excellence, our strategic planning committee, comprising board members, staff, and families, dedicated countless hours to envisioning our future. This process involved posing bold questions, discussing areas of growth, and upholding our student-centered mission. The result is an inspiring strategic plan that will guide us forward while strengthening our sense of community and continuing to deliver an exceptional learning experience for Meridian students. Designed to be flexible and forward-looking, the plan keeps our values and students at its heart, ensuring that as education evolves, so too will our school.
