Michelle has been working with youth since 2015 and in classrooms since 2017. Michelle began her educational career in Bellingham, WA while attending Western Washington University, where she worked with a wide range of ages in extended day programs, summer camps, and classrooms. Michelle loves to share her passion for learning with her students, encouraging students to find their own passions as well. Michelle likes to use art and music as a tool in student’s learning processes and believes learning should be fun, interactive, and meaningful. In her personal time, Michelle enjoys reading, creating art, and hanging out with her dog, Shin’yu.
