Keala Aronowitz is a Meridian parent of a rising third grader and a rising sixth grader heading to UPrep. She previously served on Meridian’s Head of School Search Committee and is a familiar presence on classroom field trips. Keala holds a Masters degree in Urban Design & Planning from the University of Washington, where she has worked for the last nine years. She directs strategic initiatives that apply research through community engagement efforts across Washington, and is currently focused on improving our state’s civic health. In her spare time, Keala likes to work on home improvement projects, read about architecture and design, and watch her kids play baseball and her husband coach.
